The Nemesis Series Iso-Lateral Front Lat Pulldown is a high-performance plate-loaded strength machine designed to effectively isolate and strengthen the Latissimus Dorsi, as well as the biceps, rotator cuff and forearm muscles. The machine has been designed with a specific focus on natural human movement. Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation. This machine provides a unique path of motion that contrasts the incline press for a workout that’s not easily replicated by other machines.
