The Nemesis Series Iso-Lateral Low Row is a high-performance plate-loaded strength machine that primarily targets the rhomboids, traps and lats. Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation variety. It provides a unique path of motion that contrasts with the chest press.
